ABOUT ROGUE BOXING
Rogue Boxing was established in 2011. This program was created by Kyle Hesterman, a former USA amateur boxer and Tough Man participant. The goal of Rogue Boxing is to not only teach the techniques to one of the most challenging and rewarding sports, but also the discipline and character building that follows.
Our program incorporates many aspects of a fighter fitness program, athletic fitness training program, youth and adult athletic fitness training, sports performance training program, athletic performance training programs, ultimate performance fitness program, performance training program and sports specific personal training which are designed to help an individual become healthier and increase athletic performance. Our coaches pride themselves with creating challenging programs, so the individual is always having to adapt.
